Briljera kitchen knifes were designed with the ambition to create a very ergonomic handle. The inspiration for the soft curved, wooden shape came from one grand mothers old knife. Its made of solid maple and the knife blade is made of 67 layers of damascus stainless steel with a core of VG10 steel that make it stay sharp for a long time. These knifes comes with a guarantee of 25 years.
